Elite’s SAT program consists of a weekly practice test and three classes covering critical reading, writing/language, and math. In the lecture classes, students review the practice test with experienced instructors and continue their learning through a series of lessons.

These 14-week programs target both the AP exams in May and the SAT Subject exams in June. The first ten weeks of class will focus on preparing students for the AP exam and the last 4 weeks of class will focus on preparing for the SAT Subject Exam taking place on June 1, 2019. *Students must currently be enrolled in the corresponding AP classes at school to register for these programs.

These 14-week classes will focus solely on the SAT Subject Exam and therefore are recommended for students who are very confident in the subject matter. Students are strongly recommended to take a diagnostic test prior to enrolling in either of these classes.

Summer 2019 Programs & Schedules

SAT Summer Programs +

June 10 – August 17
8 weeks of summer + 2 weeks of fall

Elite's in-demand summer programs are a mandatory 10 weeks and designed to prepare students for the August 24th SAT exam. The difference between our various programs is the number of weekly class hours and homework given in each class. Students should choose the program that best fits their needs and accommodates their summer schedule. Note: No class will be held on Thursday, July 4th, 2019. Students will switch to another schedule for the 2-week fall portion starting August 5.

Pre–SAT/ACT Program +

Grade 10 only

This program will teach students fundamental concepts covered on both the SAT and ACT (evidence-based reading, grammar, and math) so as to help them determine which exam to ultimately target and prepare for. Prospective students must have completed Geometry by the start of this program. No class Thursday, July 4.

1600 + 36 Club +

8 weeks of summer + 5 weeks of fall

The similarities between the SAT and ACT give students another opportunity to achieve high scores on both exams, particularly for students with strong test-taking foundations. Elite's signature 1600+36 Club will target mastery of the most difficult questions and fine tune skills for both exams to help students do just that. Due to the rigorous nature of the program, prospective students must have a cumulative weighted GPA of above 4.0 and a diagnostic score of at least 1450 on the SAT and/or 32 on the ACT. Note: Students must also be recommended for this program by one of our counselors.

Elite's comprehensive ACT programs will focus on the essential aspects of the ACT through weekly testing and classes in English, math, reading, science, and essay.
