Intensive SAT Programs
The regular program gives students a solid preparation for the SAT, but if you are ambitious to see truly dramatic improvements in your scores and are willing to put in the extra effort, we offer several intensive programs with more class time (and homework). Intensive classes run during academic holidays, especially during the summer, so you can put in the extra effort without worrying about time taken from your regular studies.
Summer Boot Camp
Do you need to do some serious studying for the SAT but aren't sure you have the discipline to do so on your own? Go to SAT Boot Camp, and we'll give you the push you need. The SAT Boot Camp runs for eight weeks, and meets five days a week, five hours a day: more in-class instruction than any of our other programs. Elite's SAT Boot Camp has a well-deserved reputation for producing significant score increases for students of all ability levels.
Winter and Spring Boot Camp
Shorter and more intense versions of our Summer Boot Camp, Winter Boot Camp meets during Christmas vacation and lasts two weeks. Spring Boot Camp meets during spring break and lasts one week.
2100 Goal
For the highly motivated few who want to attain truly impressive SAT scores, Elite offers an extremely intensive and demanding program, requiring many hours of out-of-class work and preparation. The program's aim is to develop college-level reading and writing skills, and a thorough mastery of high school mathematics. This program begins at the start of the summer session and lasts for 15 weeks, continuing until just before the October SAT.
Minimum Enrollment Criteria for the 2100 Goal Class:
- a score of 600 or higher on the critical reading section of a diagnostic SAT
- a score of 650 or higher on the math section of a diagnostic SAT
- a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher
- a school grade of B+ or better in Algebra II and Honors Junior Year English
